Tell your supervisor now. A report is the record, not the decision, and does not replace that conversation.
Under FRMP §1.2, scheduling, dispatch, and operational control personnel report fatigue through the Company SMS safety reporting process. The Director of Safety receives these reports and determines the action required. The same applies to anyone not covered by the Fatigue Risk Management Program or the GMM.
Submit a safety report and describe the fatigue: when it started, the duty affected, and how long you expect it to last.
If you cannot submit a report, email the Director of Safety instead.
